Safewaste of Florida, LLC, experienced, knowledgeable and responsive is dedicated to delivering safe and economical solutions for the disposal of medical waste by Health Care providers and other medical waste generators.

Our Business

Safewaste of Florida, LLC is a medical waste transporter established in 2006 to fill the void created by the plethora of recent acquisitions and mergers.   While medical waste generators search for competitive choices in this land of ever increasing monopolies, Safewaste of Florida preserves that freedom of choice by its very existence.  Maintaining low overhead and efficient management, having more than 20 years experience, the company has grown quickly and is expanding throughout the State. 

Recognizing the need for equipment and certain contractual services, management has the necessary vehicles and tools to perform the required services.  Having secured warehouse space, vendor agreements and the most important, a long term treatment and disposal agreement, Safewaste has positioned itself to be a low cost provider of medical waste disposal.  In an industry where acquisitions and mergers are sending disposal rates upward, Safewaste enjoys the distinct advantage of being independent.   The cost of doing business is not inflated by the cost of an acquisition.

Incorporated in 2006, the company, under the direction of Bob and Susan Romano, replicates Safewaste, Inc., a New York company, incorporated in 1991, by Bob Romano.  He, along with two sons operated Safewaste and provided turnkey medical waste disposal alternatives for hospitals which the company designed, installed and maintained. Providing good service at a reasonable cost enabled Safewaste to grow at a rapid pace. 

In keeping with the famliy tradition, as evidenced by our mission statement, that providing quality goods and services at acceptable prices insures a win, win for both parties. 

The sucess Safewaste of Florida enjoys is based upon this premise.  The company is managed in same manner by the same people as it's New York predecessor.  We now place a greater emphasis on servicing the small and medium quantity generators and intend to grow our business throughout Florida.
